Band3 Wafers (50mm) $60K/Wafer (Intellectual property of NRAO)
     -Note, $90K for fabrication of two wafers and group gets to choose between the two wafers, sections that add up to a whole wafer.
     -Note, arrangements for individual chips possible

The DC specifications of the six (N=4) I-V test junctions are as follows:

  • Rn = 80 ohm +/- 20 ohm
  • Vg(1 junction) > 2.65 mV
  • deltaV : < 1mV
  • I8mV(N=4) < 15uA
  • Jc = 2.5kA/cm2 +/- 20%

Band6 Wafers (50mm) $80K/Wafer (Intellectual property of NRAO)
     -Note, $120K for fabrication of two wafers and group gets to choose between the two wafers, sections that add up to a whole wafer
     -Note, arrangements for individual chips possible

The DC specifications of the six (N=4) I-V test junctions are as follows:

  • RnA = 34 +/- 20%
  • Vg(1 junction) > 2.65 mV
  • deltaV(N=4) : < 1mV
  • I8mV (N=4) < 20uA
