Ed Pinnes is the Chief Technical Officer of Elanti Systems, a New Jersey company providing solutions for IP-based telecom providers around the world. Previously, Ed was at Telcordia Technologies, where he was the Executive Director of Service Assurance Systems and was designated a Telcordia Fellow. A native of Virginia, Ed has a BS and MS from New York University and a PhD from Polytechnic University. He is an Advisor to the Board of Directors of the TeleManagement Forum.
