Background:

Dave Kohn has over thirty years of experience leading and managing a wide range of technical performance teams on key programs across various business areas. These programs have been leading edge programs involving significant systems engineering, software engineering and large real-time systems integration activities.



Currently he is leading the Lockheed Martin Maritime Systems and Sensors (MS2) Engineering Business Operations organization which is responsible for overall technical workload planning, engineering initiatives financial management, technical training and engineering process improvement including CMMI level 5 activities.



He began his career with IBM after graduating from the University of Virginia with a BS in Computer Science in 1979. He is currently on the Industrial Advisory Board for the University of Virginia's Charles L. Brown Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. He is also a Lockheed Martin technical relations liaison to the University of Virginia.
